This project is designed under the concept of living in harmony with nature, combining the essence of traditional tropical dwellings with a contemporary architectural language. The design emphasizes simplicity, serenity, and natural balance through form, materiality, and spatial atmosphere.

Spatial Planning

The buildings are arranged as low-rise, separated units connected by courtyards, walkways, and semi-outdoor spaces. This layout provides privacy for each unit while fostering a sense of community and continuous visual connection to the surrounding landscape.

The central courtyard and swimming pool serve as the heart of the project, enhancing natural ventilation, framing views, and reducing ambient heat.
