This project is designed under the concept of a Tropical Modern Villa, seamlessly integrating the surrounding natural environment with the living space.

The architectural massing is conceived as a series of low-rise pavilions, carefully arranged along the beachfront to maximize ocean views while reducing the visual heaviness of the built form. This approach allows each unit to fully benefit from natural light, ventilation, and uninterrupted views.

A clean and modern architectural language is combined with natural materials such as wood, stone, and timber screens, creating a warm atmosphere that responds harmoniously to the tropical context.

At the same time, interior and exterior spaces are designed to flow seamlessly together through terraces, private pools, and semi-outdoor living areas—elevating the overall living experience into a true resort-style lifestyle.
