Natural stone, wood, and glass are used as the primary materials, expressing material honesty and responding to the tropical context.

The texture of natural stone adds depth, solidity, and a sense of permanence to the architecture.

Warm-toned wood is applied to ceilings, walls, and floors to soften the overall composition and enhance a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Large glass openings allow natural light and cross-ventilation to flow through the spaces, creating an open, airy, and comfortable living environment.

Landscape elements and trees are treated as essential architectural components, providing privacy, shade, and visual tranquility.

The pool and outdoor terraces act as transitional spaces, connecting daily activities between indoors and outdoors.
